POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
2 c. sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 c. bread crumbs
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Place ingredients into buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. This can be made the day before and refrigerated before baking.
