CRAB MEAT SALAD 
1 lb. crab meat or crab substitute
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce, tomato and hard boiled eggs for garnish

1. Mix crab meat, celery, onion and mayonnaise.

2. Serve on lettuce bed. Garnish with wedges of tomato and hard boiled eggs. Serves 6-8.
