SWEET AND SOUR BAKED CHICKEN 
1 env. Lipton tomato-onion soup mix
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in natural juice, undrained
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces

In medium saucepan, combine tomato-onion soup mix, brown sugar, water, vinegar and pineapple. Bring to a boil; then simmer, stirring constantly until sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. In 3-quart casserole dish, arrange chicken; bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken; bake, basting occasionally, an additional 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Makes about 4 to 5 servings.
