STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
16 slices Italian bread
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. maple syrup

Remove crust from bread; cut into cubes. Cube cream cheese; place half of cubed bread in 13 x 9 inch lightly greased pan. Place cream cheese cubes on top. Top with remaining bread cubes; mix eggs, milk, and syrup. Pour over bread and cream cheese. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Serves 4-6.

You can use light bread, light cream cheese, Egg Beaters, skim milk, and light syrup and it still tastes great!
