CHEESE BISCUITS 
1 c. cheese
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1 c. dash of red pepper
2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put shortening in flour. Add milk, stir with fork until flour leaves sides of bowl. Stir in cheese, red pepper and mustard. Roll dough to 2 inch thick and cut with cutter. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 12 to 14 biscuits.
