1/2 c. shortening
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white

Beat all ingredients exactly 10 minutes. (Excellent for angel food or layer cakes.)
