CHICKEN WITH GARLIC 
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of paprika
1 chicken breast or thigh
1/4 c. chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. apple juice
1 clove garlic, crushed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour. Cook the chicken in hot oil over moderate heat until browned on all sides. Place in a baking dish. Mix the bouillon, apple juice and garlic and pour over chicken. Bake, covered, for about 1 hour, basting occasionally.
