PIZZA CUPS 
3/4 lb. ground meat
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans multi-grain biscuits
1/2 - 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown and drain beef. Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings (mixture will be thick). Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Yields about 12 pizza cups.
