BEEF IN SOY SAUCE 
1 lg. round steak, cut into bite size pieces
Flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
Vegetable oil, for browning

Dust steak pieces with seasoned flour. Add enough vegetable oil in large frying pan to coat bottom. Heat to medium and brown steak quickly and completely. Reduce heat and add soy sauce. Stir to coat all the pieces. Serve over rice.
