CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. sugar, divided
3 env. (3 oz.) Nestle's ChocoBake unsweetened baking chocolate flavor
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/3 c. orange juice

In small bowl, mix crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar; pat into bottom of greased 9-inch springform pan.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream and vanilla.

Combine 3 cups of the cream cheese mixture with Nestle ChocoBake unsweetened baking chocolate flavor and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour into crust. Freeze 30-45 minutes, or until batter is set. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Add orange peel and orange juice to remaining cream cheese mixture; mix well.

Gently spoon orange mixture over chocolate layer. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until cheesecake is set. Let stand in oven with door ajar about 1 hour. Cool cheesecake in pan on wire rack. Remove side of pan and refrigerate. Makes 10-12 servings.
