BAKED CHOP SUEY 
3/4 lb. ground beef (25 serv. - 3 lbs.)
1/2 c. rice, uncooked (25 serv. - 2 c.)
1/2 can mushroom soup (25 serv. - 2 cans)
1/2 can chicken soup (25 serv. - 2 cans)
1/2 c. onions, chopped (25 serv. - 2 c.)
1/2 c. celery, chopped (25 serv. - 2 c.)
1/4 c. chop suey sauce (25 serv. - 1 c.)

Brown meat in small amount of fat with celery and onions. Simmer 20 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
