DEVILED CRAB (EA) 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. milk or cream
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. mace
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 hard boiled eggs, mashed yolks
Salt & pepper to taste
Bread crumbs

Melt butter and add flour and blend. Stir in cream or milk and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add parsley, mashed egg yolks, seasoning and crab meat. Fill shells with mixture and cover with bread crumbs. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 10 minutes or put in frying basket and plunge into hot fat until golden brown. Egg whites are chopped fine and mixed with the crab meat.
