EASY MEXICAN DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions
1 can Hormel chili
1 can refried beans
1 can sliced black olives
Sliced jalapeno peppers

In a saucepan, stir the chili and beans until well blended. Pour into 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Blend cream cheese and sour cream together. Pour on top of chili-bean mixture. Place some jalapeno peppers and black olives on this mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese and green onions on top. Place in the oven until the cheese is melted (350 degrees).
