SOUR CREAM COFFEE DESSERT 
1 c. butter
2 c. plus 4 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans

Nut mixture - Mix 4 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and pecans.

Cream butter and 2 cups sugar only!! Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in sour cream and vanilla (do not stir or mix). Fold in flour, baking powder and salt. Place 1/3 of batter in a well greased 9 inch tube pan. Sprinkle in 3/4 of nut mixture (see above). Spoon in remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of nut mixture on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Must cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing.
