HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or slivered almonds
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Pinch of salt
1 c. crushed potato chips or crushed corn flakes

Mix all but potato chips or corn flakes. Spread in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle chips or flakes over top. Heat through or until chips brown. Yield: 6.
