SHRIMP SALSA 
1 bell pepper
Cilantro to taste (1/3 bunch)
3 tomatoes
1 red onion
1 lg. can shrimp
1 lg. can El Paso sauce (spiced tomato sauce)
1 cucumber (seeds removed)
3 garlic cloves
Oregano to taste
Juice of 3 lemons or limes
Jalepeno or serrano chili to taste

Finely chop all ingredients and serve with corn chips or jicama made into chips.
