HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. Accent
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all together and place in baking pan. Top with crushed potato chips and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. (Double recipe for a 9x13 size pan.)
