CHRISTMAS COOKIES 
1 lb. crystalized pineapple, chopped
1 lb. crystalized cherries, chopped
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. mixed crystalized fruit (I use 1/2 cherries & 1/2 pineapple)
6 c. nuts, preferably pecans, chopped
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. bourbon

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; stir until well blended. Add rest of ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275 to 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
