QUICHE 
Ready made pie shell - deep
4 eggs
1 c. cream or milk
1 c. grated cheese, sharp Cheddar
1 c. broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts (optional)

Pre-cook pie shell. Mix eggs and cream (or milk) well. Add cheese and broccoli, pepper and water chestnuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
