CORN BREAD 
1 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt; optional
1 c. non-fat dry milk and 1 c. water OR 1 c. milk
2 egg whites or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1/3 c. corn syrup or sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Sift dry ingredients together; mix in liquid ingredients. Pour into 8 inch square pan which has been greased or sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
