JALAPENO CROCK-POT BEEF 
2 to 3 lb. bottom round roast
3 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 Vidalia onion, diced
1 cup red wine
salt and pepper, to taste

Dice peppers and onions. Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cook on LOW for 12 hours.
