1 pkg. sugar free Kool-Aid
Sugar free 7-Up
1 c. crushed pineapple (no sugar added)
1 c. diet ice cream

Mix Kool-Aid with 1 quart water. Place in freezer until mushy with ice. Mix with 7-Up and pineapple juice. Pour in glasses and add scoop of ice cream.
