CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. cranberries, ground
2 c. apples, chopped (use red apples & do not peel)
2 c. celery, chopped (or less)
2 c. sugar
Pulp of 1 orange, rind of 1/2 orange
2 pkgs. raspberry Jello

Mix fruit and sugar together and let stand 1/2 hour. Dissolve Jello in 3 1/2 cups of hot water and when slightly cool and thickened add the fruit mixture.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
