CRACKER SPREAD 
1 (20 oz.) pineapple preserves
1 (20 oz.) apple jelly
4 oz. horseradish
3 tbsp. dry mustard

Microwave preserves and jelly until smooth. Add the horseradish and mustard. Mix and refrigerate 1 week. Pour over 8 ounce block of cream cheese. Serve on crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
