FREEZER SLAW 
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 lg. head cabbage (cut)
1 red or green pepper (cut)
2 carrots (grated)
1 tbsp. salt

Bring vinegar, sugar, water, celery and mustard seed to a boil. Let cool. Mix salt with cabbage, pepper and carrots. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze dry. Pour over syrup, mix well. Put in boxes and freezer.
