CHILI BEAN DIP 
2 cans chili con carne with beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine above ingredients and whip briefly. Place over low heat. Add 1/2 cup sauterne wine and stir frequently. Serve with tortilla chips or potato chips.
