BOWTIE PASTA WITH SUN-DRIED
TOMATOES
 
1 lb. bowtie pasta, cooked
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips
3 oz. pitted Italian black olives, sliced
1 head broccoli
Red pepper flakes
5 oz. grated Romano cheese
Pepper

In saute pan, brown garlic in olive oil, remove garlic. Add sun-dried tomatoes, olives, pepper flakes and broccoli; cook a few minutes. Mix in Romano cheese. Add pepper to taste. Mix with pasta.
