CHANTILLY POTATO PUFFS | |
Form serving size mounds of mashed potatoes in shallow ovenproof baking dish. Whip 1 cup heavy cream. Fold in 1/2 cup grated cheddar or Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper and a few grains of nutmeg. Top the potatoes with the cream mixture and set under the broiler until golden brown -- 4 to 5 minutes should do it. Try with meatloaf or hamburger steak. |
