SHRIMP REMOULADE | |
Cook and peel 5 pounds shrimp. In separate bowl combine: 2 jars Zataran mustard 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. minced garlic 3/4 c. chili sauce 1/2 c. olive oil 1 tbsp. sugar 2 sm. jars prepared horseradish Add shrimp to all other ingredients. Cover with vinegar. Add 2 bunches green onions, chopped. |
