1 lg. round crusty Italian bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of Rondele or cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained
Vinaigrette dressing

MEAT FILLING:

1/3 lb Genoa salami
1/3 lb. Mortadella
1/3 lb. Prosciutto or ham

CHEESE FILLING:

1/2 lb. Provolone, sliced
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, sliced

Cut top off round bread (about 1 inch from top). Take out most of bread dough leaving about 1 inch inside bread all around. Spread the whole inside with cream cheese. Proceed to layer the filling; alternating meats, cheeses, Vinaigrette dressing and red peppers. Place top of bread back on, wrap and chill until the games begin.
