HOMEMADE SOUP | |
1 soup bone 2 cans crushed tomatoes 1 can corn 1/2 c. barley 1 lb. potatoes 1 lb. chopped meat 1/2 lb. stew beef 2 clove garlic cloves 1 onion, chopped Salt and pepper Put soup bone in water; let simmer for about 1 hour and a half. Add barley and cook for another 1/2 hour. Add tomatoes, seasonings, potatoes and simmer for 1/2 hour on medium heat. Add rest of ingredients until potatoes and barley are cooked through. Serve over elbow macaroni or just by itself. |
