1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
Sm. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
Dash hot horseradish
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sm. deveined shrimp

Combine first 5 ingredients. When completely blended, add can of shrimp.
