PUMPKIN-ORANGE BREAD WITH
CINNAMON BUTTER
 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
Cinnamon butter

1. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

2. Beat sugar and oil until well blended. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time until fluffy. Beat in pumpkin.

3. At low speed gradually add flour mixture until blended. Stir in orange peel.

4. Turn into greased 6 to 8 cup fluted tube pan.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Invert on rack and cool completely.

Cinnamon Butter: Mix 1/2 cup softened butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until blended.
