COCOA PUDDING 
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
1 scant c. sugar
1 tsp. butter (optional)
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk, mix cocoa, sugar and flour together. Beat eggs, add to cocoa mixture. Slowly add milk. Beat at medium speed with mixer until well mixed. Return to saucepan and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add vanilla.

If you use this for pie, save out the egg whites for meringue.
