STEAK ROLL-UPS 
8 family steaks
1 box Uncle Bens sage stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Pound steaks to tenderize and divide each steak in half (16) pieces. Cook stuffing mix according to directions. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of stuffing on each piece of meat, roll and secure with a toothpick. Brown on all sides. Reduce heat to low and add mushroom soup and 1/2 cup water. Cook on low heat in skillet for 1 hour.
