CRANBERRY - ORANGE CHUTNEY 
1 c. fresh orange sections
1/4 c. orange juice
4 c. (16 oz.) cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped unpeeled apples
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. each ground ginger and cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until berries begin to burst. Chill until serving.
