MEATBALL SOUP 
1 lb. chopped meat
1 egg
Flavored bread crumbs
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
8 beef bouillon cubes
Chopped celery, onions, carrots and parsley
Basil
Salt and pepper
Sm. size pasta or rice

Make meatballs by mixing chopped meat, egg, bread crumbs and cheese together. Put meatballs into a large pot of boiling water. Lower heat, cook 20 minutes. Skim grease off top. Add 8 bouillon cubes, large can crushed tomatoes, chopped celery, onions, carrots, parsley, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer about 1 hour. Cook small pasta or rice. Add to each bowl of soup as you serve.
