CHICKEN AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
2 cans or 2 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts 2 2/3 c. cooked and cubed chicken breast 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 1/4 c. grated mild cheddar cheese 1 1/4 c. lg., soft bread cubes 2 tbsp. melted butter Combine all ingredients except cheese, bread crumbs, and melted butter. Place in a casserole. Top with cheese. Place bread crumbs over the cheese, pushing down slightly into casserole. Pour the melted butter over the bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
