EASY BURRITOS 
Flour tortillas
1 can vegetarian refried beans
1/2 lb. grated Jack or cheddar cheese

Spread refried beans on tortilla, sprinkle with cheese. Roll up on a paper plate and microwave for 30-40 seconds.

Serve with shredded lettuce and tomato, sliced avocado, minced jalapenos, ripe or green olives.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
