2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate, butterscotch, or mint bits
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

In medium size bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in cereal and bits. Cover cookie sheet with brown paper. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto it. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; turn it off. They may be left until oven cools or overnight. Caution, gas pilot oven overcooks if left overnight. With a pilot, check in 25 minutes; if any browning shows, take out.
