LASAGNA WITH NO COOK NOODLES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
4 c. tomato juice
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. uncooked lasagna
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain. Add tomato juice, mushrooms, tomato paste, Worcestershire, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper. Simmer 30 minutes.

In 9x13 inch dish, layer half of lasagna noodles, half of the sauce, half of the Parmesan cheese, half of cottage cheese and half of the Mozzarella. Repeat layers. Cover with foil. Let rest 45 minutes. Set oven at 350 degrees. Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 15 minutes more, or to desired brownness. Remove from oven. Stand 20 minutes.
