1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut

Mix together until small crumbs. Pat into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Place on baked cake mixture. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine and sprinkle over apples. 2 egg yolks (or 1 egg)

Combine and drizzle over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting. Serve warm or cold.
