1 c. light Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
4 c. corn flakes
1 c. butterscotch chips

Bring syrup and water to a boil. Remove from heat. Mix in peanut butter and corn flakes. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Melt chips over warm water and spread over the mixture in pan. Let cool and cut into small pieces.
