CHOCOLATE ICE BOX DESSERT 
2 (6 oz.) semi sweet chocolate bits
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 pt. cream, whipped
1 (12 oz.) angel food cake
Shaved chocolate
1/2 c. whipped cream
Maraschino cherries

Place chocolate bits, water and sugar in top of double boiler. Heat over low heat until melted. Beat egg yolks lightly and stir into cooled chocolate. Fold in pint of whipped cream.

Beat egg whites until stiff - but not dry. Fold in. Break angel food cake into tiny pieces and fold in. Pour into springmold or serving bowl. Top with additional whipped cream. Garnish with shaved chocolate and maraschino cherries.
