1 c. cream, whipped
4 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 heaping tsp. corn meal
1 heaping tsp. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
Nutmeg
Unbaked pie crust

Mix egg yolks, sugar, salt, corn meal, flour, and butter together. Fold into whipped cream. Pour into unbaked crust and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until middle is set.
