JELLO SALAD WITH TOPPING 
2 boxes Jello (1 orange and 1 lemon, sm.)
1 can (sweetened) crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
4 c. hot water

Mix and chill until firm in 9x12 dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 level tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Cook and stir as it thickens. Cool. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and spread on Jello.
