APPLE CRISP 
4 tart apples, pared, cored, cut in wedges
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. rolled oats
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped topping

Place apples in shallow baking dish. In medium bowl combine dry ingredients, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly, sprinkle over apples. Bake in preheated oven (375) for 30 minutes or until apples are tender and top is brown. Serve with whipped topping.
