MICROWAVE APPLE CRISP 
4 c. peeled apples, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Place apples in 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Microwave at high until apples are tender crisp, 2 1/2 to 4 minutes. Set apples aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Microwave at high until hot and bubbly, 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time. Spread over apples. Microwave at high until apples are tender and topping is bubbly, 4 to 6 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
