PISTACHIO DESSERT | |
2 rounded c. Ritz crackers, crushed 3/4 stick butter, melted 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix 2 c. milk 4 c. vanilla ice cream Mix crackers and butter and press into 9x13 inch pan. Mix pudding and milk with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add ice cream, mix at slow speed. Pour pudding mixture on to crust. Let set in refrigerator 30 minutes. Spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with shaved chocolate. Refrigerate. |
