CHOCOLATE FUDGE ICING 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. Karo (white) syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook all ingredients except vanilla to soft ball stage. Add vanilla. Cool. Beat to spreading consistency. If it hardens, add cream and stir again. Good on chocolate or yellow cake. I use cake mix and bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan.
